Hosting und technische Protokolle

Diese Website wird über Lovable bereitgestellt. Beim Aufruf können technisch erforderliche Verbindungs- und Sicherheitsdaten in Server- und Backend-Protokollen verarbeitet werden, insbesondere Zeitpunkt, angeforderte Ressource, Status, technische Geräte- und Browserinformationen sowie gegebenenfalls IP-Adresse. Die Verarbeitung dient der sicheren Bereitstellung, Fehleranalyse und Abwehr von Missbrauch. Die konkrete Aufbewahrungsdauer dieser Anbieterprotokolle ist in der Anwendungskonfiguration nicht einsehbar und wird daher hier nicht erfunden.

Warteliste und Einwilligung

Wenn Sie sich über das Formular anmelden, verarbeiten wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, um Ihnen die Bestätigungsnachricht und später Informationen über Launch, neue Hüte, Kollektionen und ausgewählte WILD-&-GOLD-Neuigkeiten zu senden. Die freiwillige, nicht vorausgefüllte Einwilligung wird mit Zeitpunkt, Version und Quelle dokumentiert. Die verwendete Version lautet „waitlist-marketing-v1-2026-09-02“; die Quelle ist das Wartelistenformular der Landingpage. Rechtsgrundlage für diese Marketing-E-Mails ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Die Anmeldung erfolgt im Double-Opt-in-Verfahren. Nach der Anmeldung wird zunächst ein vorläufiger Datensatz gespeichert und eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail mit einem zufälligen, einmaligen Link versendet. Der Link ist 48 Stunden gültig. Erst nach dem Anklicken wird die Adresse als bestätigt markiert. Danach werden Bestätigungstoken und Ablaufzeit gelöscht. Wird eine unbestätigte Anmeldung nicht bestätigt, wird sie spätestens 30 Tage nach ihrer Erstellung automatisch bereinigt.

Die Bestätigungsmail ist eine transaktionale Nachricht und von späteren Marketing-E-Mails getrennt. Nach erfolgreicher Bestätigung wird eine interne Benachrichtigung an studio@wildandgold.com gesendet. Diese Benachrichtigung enthält nur die bestätigte E-Mail-Adresse sowie Datum und Uhrzeit der Bestätigung.

Gespeicherte Daten und Lovable Cloud

In der Datenbank werden für die Warteliste die E-Mail-Adresse, Erstellungszeitpunkt, Bestätigungszeitpunkt, ein vorläufiger Bestätigungstoken mit Ablaufzeit sowie die Einwilligungsdaten (Zeitpunkt, Version und Quelle) gespeichert. Zusätzlich kann ein Abmeldezeitpunkt gespeichert werden, damit eine Abmeldung bei künftigen Marketing-E-Mails berücksichtigt wird. Wir speichern über dieses Formular keine zusätzlichen IP-Adressen.

Die Anwendung verwendet Lovable Cloud als verwaltetes Backend für Datenbank, Authentifizierung und Serverfunktionen. Die konkrete Projektkonfiguration bestätigt, dass die zugrunde liegende Datenbankinfrastruktur von Supabase verwaltet wird. Die Wartelistendaten sind durch Zugriffsschutz abgesichert und nicht öffentlich lesbar; der administrative Zugriff ist auf authentifizierte, berechtigte Studio-Nutzer beschränkt.

Versand von E-Mails und Empfänger

Für transaktionale E-Mails nutzt die Anwendung die integrierte E-Mail-Infrastruktur von Lovable Cloud. Bestätigungsnachrichten werden von WILD & GOLD <noreply@notify.wildandgold.com> mit Reply-To studio@wildandgold.com versendet. Die Anbieter verarbeiten die für den Versand erforderlichen Empfänger- und Nachrichtendaten. Eine vollständige, projektspezifische Liste von Unterauftragsverarbeitern sowie die für dieses Projekt geltende Vereinbarung zur Auftragsverarbeitung sind aus der Anwendungskonfiguration nicht ersichtlich. Bitte prüfen die jeweils aktuelle Lovable-Dokumentation und den Vertrag vor einer endgültigen rechtlichen Freigabe.

Eine Übermittlung außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums kann bei Hosting-, Infrastruktur- oder E-Mail-Dienstleistern nicht abschließend aus der Projektkonfiguration festgestellt werden. Deshalb wird hier keine konkrete Übermittlung oder konkrete Schutzgarantie behauptet. Maßgeblich sind die aktuell anwendbaren Vereinbarungen und Standardvertragsklauseln des jeweiligen Anbieters, soweit diese eingesetzt werden.

Aufbewahrung, Widerruf und Abmeldung

Unbestätigte Anmeldungen werden nach spätestens 30 Tagen gelöscht. Bestätigte Datensätze bleiben gespeichert, solange sie für die Verwaltung der Einwilligung und den Versand der gewünschten Informationen erforderlich sind oder gesetzliche Nachweispflichten bestehen. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen, indem Sie den Abmeldelink in einer künftigen Marketing-E-Mail verwenden oder an studio@wildandgold.com schreiben. Ein erforderlicher minimaler Abmeldestatus kann erhalten bleiben, damit keine weiteren Marketing-E-Mails an diese Adresse versendet werden. Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis zum Widerruf erfolgten Verarbeitung.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben nach Maßgabe der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Sie können eine erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen. Zur Ausübung Ihrer Rechte wenden Sie sich an studio@wildandgold.com.

Sie haben außerdem das Recht, sich bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren, insbesondere bei der Berliner Beauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit: datenschutz-berlin.de.

Cookies, Analyse und externe Inhalte

Die öffentliche Landingpage verwendet nach Prüfung des Anwendungscodes keine nicht erforderlichen Analyse- oder Marketing-Cookies, Tracking-Pixel oder vergleichbare Tracking-Dienste. Es ist daher derzeit kein Cookie-Banner für solche Zwecke erforderlich. Für den geschützten Studio-Bereich können technisch erforderliche Sitzungs- und Oberflächenpräferenzen im Browser verwendet werden. Die Seite lädt Schriftarten von Google Fonts über eine externe Stylesheet-Verbindung. Fotos, Videos und andere Markenmedien werden über die Anwendung bereitgestellt. Instagram wird nur als externer Link geöffnet; es ist kein Instagram-Feed eingebettet.

Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted through Lovable. When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and security data may be processed in hosting and backend logs, including the time, requested resource, status, technical device and browser information and, where applicable, IP address. This is used to provide the website securely, analyse errors and prevent abuse. The specific retention period for provider logs is not visible in the application configuration and is not stated here as a guess.

Waitlist and marketing consent

When you use the waitlist form, we process your email address to send the confirmation message and, later, information about the launch, new hats, collections and selected WILD & GOLD news. Your voluntary, unticked consent is documented with its time, version and source. The consent version is “waitlist-marketing-v1-2026-09-02”; the source is the landing-page waitlist form. The legal basis for these marketing emails is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Registration uses double opt-in. After submission, a pending record is stored and a confirmation email containing a random, single-use link is sent. The link expires after 48 hours. The address is marked confirmed only after the link is opened; the confirmation token and expiry are then cleared. If a pending registration is not confirmed, it is automatically cleaned up no later than 30 days after creation.

The confirmation email is transactional and separate from later marketing emails. After a successful confirmation, one internal notification is sent to studio@wildandgold.com. It contains only the confirmed subscriber email address and the confirmation date and time.

Stored data and Lovable Cloud

The waitlist database stores the email address, creation time, confirmation time, a pending confirmation token with expiry, and consent data (time, version and source). An unsubscribe timestamp may also be stored so that an opt-out can be respected for future marketing emails. The form does not begin storing additional IP addresses.

The application uses Lovable Cloud as its managed backend for the database, authentication and server functions. The project configuration confirms that the underlying database infrastructure is managed by Supabase. Waitlist data is access-protected and not publicly readable; administrative access is limited to authenticated, authorised studio users.

Email delivery and recipients

The application uses Lovable Cloud's integrated transactional email infrastructure. Confirmation messages are sent from WILD & GOLD <noreply@notify.wildandgold.com> with Reply-To studio@wildandgold.com. The providers process the recipient and message data needed for delivery. A complete project-specific list of subprocessors and the agreement applicable to this project are not exposed by the application configuration. Please review the current Lovable documentation and contract before final legal approval.

A transfer outside the European Economic Area cannot be conclusively determined from the project configuration for hosting, infrastructure or email providers. This policy therefore does not assert a specific transfer or specific safeguard. The providers' currently applicable agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses apply where used.

Retention, withdrawal and unsubscribe

Pending registrations are deleted no later than 30 days after creation. Confirmed records are retained while needed to manage consent and send requested information, or where legal documentation duties apply. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future by using an unsubscribe link in a future marketing email or by emailing studio@wildandgold.com. A minimal suppression status may be retained where needed to prevent further marketing emails to that address. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. To exercise your rights, contact studio@wildandgold.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information: datenschutz-berlin.de.

Cookies, analytics and external content

Review of the application code found no non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, tracking pixels or comparable tracking services on the public landing page. A consent banner for those purposes is therefore not currently required. The protected studio area may use technically necessary browser storage for authentication and interface preferences. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts through an external stylesheet connection. Photos, videos and other brand media are served through the application. Instagram is opened only as an external link; no Instagram feed is embedded.

Provider information requiring review

• The project is confirmed as Lovable Cloud managed infrastructure with a Supabase-managed database.
• The exact project-level DPA, current subprocessors, provider log retention and applicable transfer safeguards are not exposed in the application configuration.
• Those provider terms should be checked manually before treating this page as final legal advice.
